Skin rejuvenation in Singapore matched to texture, tone, hydration, firmness and lines

Skin rejuvenation is not one treatment but a set of goals, each in a different layer of the skin. Here is how to match yours to a non-invasive option at SkinRev Lab, CityLink Mall, or a doctor-led one at IN Eternity Clinic.

Quick answer

  • Skin rejuvenation means improving skin quality: smoother texture, more even tone, better hydration, firmer skin and softer fine lines. Each goal needs a different approach.
  • Dehydration and dullness: HydraFacial Syndeo, S$288 to S$438 with a first-timer rate at the counter, or Needleless SkinBooster, S$288 per region, first region from S$98.
  • Texture, pores and early crepiness: SKINTIGHT microplasma, S$588 per zone. Skin quality over a course: the needle-free Rejuran® PDRN Facial, S$128 to S$348.
  • Early jowls: SKINLIFT® Face, S$888. Reactive skin: SKINLDM, S$288, first visit S$68. All SkinRev Lab prices are before GST.
  • Volume loss, melasma, deep scars and expression lines need a doctor. Dr Sin Yong treats these at IN Eternity Clinic, priced at consultation by the clinic.

What it means

What skin rejuvenation actually covers

Skin rejuvenation is a broad label. Clinics, centres and skincare brands use it for anything from a hydrating facial to a course of laser, which is why a search for it turns up such different treatments and prices.

It is more useful to think of it as five goals. Most people want two or three of them, and the order you tackle them in matters.

Dermatologic surgeons also separate ablative treatments, which remove the top layer of skin, from non-ablative ones, which leave it intact and build results gradually. Everything at SkinRev Lab is needle-free and non-medical.

  • Texture: roughness, enlarged pores and an uneven surface, mainly in the upper layers of the skin.
  • Tone: dullness and patchiness. Dullness is often a surface issue; defined pigment sits deeper and needs a doctor's diagnosis.
  • Hydration: skin that feels tight or looks flat, often worse under constant air-conditioning. Usually the goal that shows change soonest.
  • Firmness: early laxity along the jaw, neck and around the eyes, as collagen and elastin decline with age and sun exposure.
  • Fine lines: crepey lines from thin, dry skin. These differ from expression lines made by muscle movement, which need a different approach.

Match the concern

Concern by concern: non-invasive or doctor-led

Start with the concern that bothers you most and read across the row. The non-invasive option at SkinRev Lab is often a sensible first step. The doctor-led option is for concerns that sit deeper than a non-invasive treatment reaches, or that need a diagnosis.

Surface and skin quality

Non-invasive options for hydration, tone and skin quality

These four treatments are performed by our Aesthetic Specialists at SkinRev Lab, with no needles. They work on the surface and upper layers of the skin, where hydration, dullness and much of everyday texture sit. Prices are per session, before GST.

  • HydraFacial Syndeo: a 45-minute hydradermabrasion facial that cleanses, extracts and infuses serum by suction. A common choice for dehydrated, dull or congested skin. Signature S$288, Deluxe S$388, Platinum S$438. A first-timer rate is available on every tier; ask at the counter.
  • Rejuran® PDRN Facial: cosmetic-grade c-PDRN, a salmon-derived polynucleotide, delivered with Meso Touch transdermal technology and no needles. If you searched for a regenerative facial, this is the closest match on our menu, aimed at texture, hydration and resilience over a course. Three ranges, nine tiers, 60 to 90 minutes, S$128 to S$348.
  • Needleless SkinBooster: a hydration, tone or skin-quality booster delivered through a specialised applicator tip without puncturing the skin. S$288 per region, with the face and neck as separate regions; first region from S$98.
  • SKINLDM: gentle LDM ultrasound micro-massage with a basic facial, in about 30 minutes, for sensitive or reactive skin that needs calming before anything stronger. S$288; first visit S$68.

Firmness and texture

Non-invasive options for firmness, texture and early laxity

Firmness and texture depend on collagen in the dermis. Two energy-based treatments at SkinRev Lab reach it without needles; change builds over the following weeks, and a course is planned at your assessment.

SKINTIGHT is microplasma on the Alma PrimeX. A pin-tip applicator forms fine channels in the skin surface while conducting heat into the dermis, to resurface texture and prompt collagen renewal. It suits crepey or loose skin, uneven texture, enlarged pores and some scarring. Sessions take about 30 minutes. Tightening settings usually leave mild redness for a few hours; scar settings cause pinpoint scabbing for a few days.

SKINTIGHT is S$588 per zone. The face, the neck and double chin, and the upper and lower eyes together are one zone each; body areas are priced per 15 × 15 cm zone.

SKINLIFT® is a 30-minute N-pulse focused ultrasound session aimed at the support layers beneath the skin, for mild to moderate jowls, nasolabial folds and a softening jawline. No numbing is used, and most clients return to work straight after; mild, short-lived redness can occur. SKINLIFT® Face is S$888.

Doctor-led

Doctor-led options at IN Eternity Clinic

Some goals need treatment that reaches deeper, or that only a doctor can perform. These are done by Dr Sin Yong (MBBS Singapore, MRCS Edinburgh, MSc Practical Dermatology Cardiff) at IN Eternity Clinic, our affiliated clinic. Suitability, the number of sessions and pricing are decided at consultation, and individual results vary.

  • Injectable skin boosters: tiny, shallow injections of HA, polynucleotide (PN) or PDLLA boosters for hydration, texture and fine lines. They change skin quality, not face shape.
  • Bio-remodelling HA injections: a concentrated, lightly stabilised hyaluronic acid that spreads under the skin, aimed at skin quality rather than volume.
  • Collagen biostimulators: injectable PLLA or PCL that prompts your own tissue to build collagen over months, for gradual volume loss and early loss of support.
  • RF microneedling: fine needles carry radiofrequency heat into the dermis, for enlarged pores, scars and crepey skin around the eyes, usually with one to three days of redness.
  • Lasers: the FSX Laser for fine lines and pores; laser toning, R2 Glow Laser and Pico Laser for uneven tone and pigment; fractional CO₂ laser for deeper scars, with about five to seven days of recovery.
  • HIFU: focused ultrasound for early sagging of the lower face; a modest, gradual lift, not a facelift.

Limits

What non-invasive rejuvenation cannot do

Non-invasive treatments improve the quality of the skin, not the structure underneath it. It is better to know that before you pay for a course.

  • They cannot restore lost volume. Hollow temples or flattened cheeks need a doctor; tightening skin over a hollow does not fill it.
  • They cannot lift heavy, loose skin. SKINLIFT® and SKINTIGHT suit early to moderate laxity; marked sagging needs a medical assessment.
  • They cannot treat melasma or clear defined pigment spots. A booster or facial can support radiance, but pigment needs a doctor's diagnosis and a medical plan.
  • They cannot relax expression lines. Lines from frowning or squinting come from muscle movement, which is treated with wrinkle-relaxing injections at a clinic.
  • They cannot fill deep, structured acne scars. SKINTIGHT can soften surface texture; depressed scars usually need fractional laser, subcision or a combined scar protocol.

Planning

Building a rejuvenation plan that holds

Sun exposure contributes to skin ageing, and the American Academy of Dermatology describes sunscreen as one of the most effective tools for slowing premature ageing. In Singapore, that means sunscreen every day, all year.

A sensible order is often to calm and clear the skin, then hydrate, then work on texture and firmness, with doctor-led treatment for anything deeper. Many people combine a medical treatment at IN Eternity Clinic with facials at SkinRev Lab in between.

There is no fixed number of sessions. Hydration tends to show soonest; texture and firmness build over weeks to months, so your plan is set at assessment and reviewed as your skin responds. If a concern belongs with a doctor, you are told at that visit, at no charge and with no obligation.

Common questions

Your questions,
answered

What is skin rejuvenation?

Treatment aimed at skin quality: smoother texture, more even tone, better hydration, firmer skin and softer fine lines. Start by naming the goal that matters most to you.

Which skin rejuvenation treatment should I start with?

It depends on your main concern. HydraFacial Syndeo suits dehydration and dullness, SKINTIGHT suits texture and early crepiness, SKINLIFT® suits early jowls, and SKINLDM suits reactive skin. Our Aesthetic Specialist recommends one at your assessment, and will tell you if a doctor is the better first step.

How much does skin rejuvenation cost in Singapore?

At SkinRev Lab, from S$128 for a 60-minute Rejuran® PDRN Facial to S$888 for SKINLIFT® Face, per session before GST. SKINTIGHT is S$588 per zone. Doctor-led treatments at IN Eternity Clinic are priced at consultation by the clinic.

What is a regenerative facial?

The term is used loosely, often for facials built around ingredients such as PDRN that are studied for their role in skin repair. At SkinRev Lab, the closest match is the needle-free Rejuran® PDRN Facial, S$128 to S$348 before GST. It works over a course, and it is not an injection.

Can non-invasive treatment tighten sagging skin?

It can help early to moderate laxity. SKINLIFT® and SKINTIGHT stimulate collagen without needles, and change builds over weeks. They do not lift heavy, loose skin or replace lost volume; those need a doctor's assessment.

Is there downtime after skin rejuvenation?

It depends on the treatment. After HydraFacial Syndeo, make-up can go on the same day. SKINTIGHT tightening settings usually leave mild redness for a few hours; scar settings cause pinpoint scabbing for a few days. Doctor-led treatments such as RF microneedling or fractional CO₂ laser involve more recovery.

Do I need a doctor for skin rejuvenation?

Not for facials, Needleless SkinBooster, SKINTIGHT or SKINLIFT®. You do for injectables, medical lasers and HIFU, and for concerns such as melasma, deep acne scars or volume loss. These are performed by Dr Sin Yong at IN Eternity Clinic.
