SKINTIGHT uses microplasma — MP pulse technology on the Alma PrimeX. A pin-tip applicator passes high-frequency energy across the skin surface; as it discharges, it forms a fine plasma that creates thousands of microscopic channels in the epidermis while conducting heat down into the dermis.
That produces a two-stage effect. First, the surface is resurfaced and existing collagen contracts. Fractional micro-plasma radiofrequency, the technology class behind SKINTIGHT, has mainly been studied for scars and wrinkles rather than skin laxity.
