1. About this policy

SkinRev Pte Ltd, trading as SkinRev Lab ("we", "us", "our"), operates the website skinrev.com.sg and an aesthetic centre at 1 Raffles Link, #B1-28, CityLink Mall, Singapore 039393. This policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA").

It applies to personal data we collect through our website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, social media channels, and in person at our centre.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to provide treatments safely. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Contact details — name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address.
• Enquiry content — the treatments you ask about and anything you choose to tell us in a message.
• Appointment information — dates, times, treatments booked and attendance.
• Health and skin information — relevant skin concerns, medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy status and prior treatments, where these are needed to assess whether a treatment is suitable and safe for you.
• Images — treatment-record or progress photographs, only where you have given separate, specific consent.
• Transaction records — purchases, packages and payment confirmations. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Website usage data — see section 9.

3. Why we collect it

We use personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries and booking requests.
• Assessing whether a treatment is appropriate and safe for you.
• Providing treatments and maintaining a record of what was performed.
• Processing payments and maintaining accounting records.
• Sending appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up aftercare information.
• Handling feedback, questions and complaints.
• Sending marketing messages about treatments — only where you have separately consented, and you may opt out at any time.
• Meeting legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

4. Consent and withdrawal

By submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment or messaging us, you consent to our collecting and using your personal data for the purposes set out above.

You may withdraw consent for any purpose at any time by contacting us using the details in section 10. We will act on your request within a reasonable time and tell you the likely consequences — for example, we may be unable to proceed with a booking if we cannot assess treatment suitability. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done lawfully before the withdrawal, and we may still retain data where the law requires it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only where necessary, and only to:

• Service providers who support our operations — for example appointment or messaging platforms, payment processors and IT providers — who are required to protect the data and use it only for the purpose we engaged them for.
• Professional advisers, such as accountants or legal advisers, where reasonably required.
• Government agencies, regulators or law enforcement, where required or permitted by law.

Some service providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

6. How we protect it

We apply reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. These include restricting access to staff who need it, securing physical records at our premises, and using access controls on our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Messages sent over WhatsApp, email or social media rely on the security of those third-party platforms, which we do not control.

7. How long we keep it

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. Enquiry records from people who do not become clients are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Treatment and transaction records are kept for longer, in line with our record-keeping and accounting obligations. When data is no longer required, we take steps to delete it or remove any means of associating it with a particular individual.

8. Your rights: access and correction

Under the PDPA you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year.
• Request correction of any personal data you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Withdraw consent as described in section 4.

Send requests to our Data Protection Officer using the details in section 10. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and a reasonable fee may apply to access requests where permitted. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Cookies and website analytics

Our website is a static site. It may use cookies or similar technologies to support basic functionality and to understand aggregate visitor numbers and which pages are viewed. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so should not prevent you from using the site. Our pages may also link to third-party platforms — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Maps — which apply their own privacy policies once you leave our site.
