Dermal filler price in Singapore: lip, chin and under-eye filler: what shapes the cost
Filler prices are often quoted per syringe, but the cost that matters is the cost of a result that looks natural and stays safe. This guide explains what drives the total for common areas, why safety planning is part of the price, and how to compare quotes.

Quick answer
- The cost of dermal fillers depends on the areas treated, how much filler each area needs, the type of hyaluronic acid gel (firmer for the chin and cheeks, softer for the lips, temples and under-eyes), and the review visit.
- Who injects, and how they plan for safety, also matter. Filler complications are uncommon but can be serious, and the injector should be able to recognise and treat them, including dissolving HA filler when needed.
- At SkinRev Lab and IN Eternity Clinic, dermal fillers are performed by Dr Sin Yong after assessment, and treatment is priced at consultation.
The factors
What changes the cost of filler
Because the plan is individual, a fair price can only be given after assessment. Medical treatments at SkinRev Lab are priced at consultation.
- Area: lips, chin, jawline, cheeks, temples, nose and under-eyes each have their own anatomy, risks and typical amounts.
- Amount: how much filler is needed depends on your anatomy and the change you want; some areas need very little.
- Product: firmer gels are used to project the chin and cheekbones; softer gels suit the lips, temples and under-eyes.
- Planning and technique: assessment of proportions, choice of needle or cannula, and in some cases ultrasound to check existing filler.
- Review: a check after swelling settles, when small adjustments can be made.
- Existing filler: if there is old filler from elsewhere, it may need to be assessed, and sometimes dissolved, before more is added.
By area
Lip, chin and under-eye filler: why the plans differ
Lip filler usually needs a small amount of soft gel, placed to improve shape, definition and balance rather than size alone. Overfilling and filler moving above the lip line are common reasons for later correction, so a conservative first session with a review is sensible.
Chin filler uses a firmer gel to add length or projection, which can balance the nose and lips and make the lower face look more tapered. It changes proportion, not jaw width; a wide jaw from a large masseter muscle needs jaw slimming injections instead.
Under-eye or tear trough filler uses a small amount of soft gel in a delicate area. It suits a hollow groove, not a fat bulge or puffiness, and it is one of the areas where assessment matters most, because the wrong case can look worse with filler.
Longevity
How long filler lasts, and why it affects the long-term cost
Filler is often described as lasting months, but imaging tells a more complicated story. A review of 33 MRI studies found cross-linked HA filler still detectable in the mid-face for at least two years in every patient, and much longer in some. That means repeat treatments should be planned around what is still there, not on a fixed timetable.
Topping up regularly without checking can lead to an overfilled, heavy look and to filler migration, which then costs more to correct. A plan that adds only what is needed is usually better value over time.
Safety
Safety planning is part of what you pay for
HA filler complications are uncommon. An international consensus concluded that most can be avoided with careful planning, a detailed knowledge of anatomy and appropriate technique, and that clinicians must be prepared to treat complications if they occur. A review of the world literature on blindness from fillers, a rare but serious event, found that management varied and no single treatment was consistently successful, which is why prevention and preparedness matter.
When you compare quotes, ask who injects, how they reduce risk in the area you are treating, and what happens if there is a problem, including whether they can dissolve HA filler on site. A low price per syringe does not include those answers.
At SkinRev Lab
Dermal fillers by Dr Sin Yong
At SkinRev Lab, CityLink Mall, and IN Eternity Clinic, Pacific Plaza, dermal fillers are performed by Dr Sin Yong. He assesses your proportions and any existing filler, explains which areas, if any, suit filler and how much is likely to be needed, and gives the price at that consultation. Before dissolving filler, he maps it with ultrasound.

Common questions
Your questions,
answered
How much do dermal fillers cost in Singapore?
It depends on the areas, the amount needed, the product and the review. At SkinRev Lab and IN Eternity Clinic, fillers are performed by Dr Sin Yong and priced at consultation.
How much is lip filler?
Lip filler usually needs a small amount of soft gel, and the price depends on how much is needed and whether there is old filler to assess. It is priced at consultation.
How much is chin or under-eye filler?
The cost depends on the amount and product for your anatomy. Chin filler uses a firmer gel; under-eye filler a small amount of soft gel. Both are priced at consultation after assessment.
Why do some clinics quote per syringe?
Per-syringe pricing is common, but it does not show how many syringes you need, who injects or how safety is handled. Compare the whole plan.
How long does filler last?
Longer than many people expect: imaging studies show HA filler can remain for years. Repeat treatment should be based on what is still there.
Who performs fillers at SkinRev Lab?
Dr Sin Yong performs dermal fillers at SkinRev Lab or IN Eternity Clinic. Treatment is priced at consultation.
Can filler be dissolved if I do not like it?
Hyaluronic acid filler can usually be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Dr Sin Yong maps existing filler with ultrasound before dissolving, so the enzyme is placed where the filler actually sits. Dissolving is a separate treatment, priced at consultation, which is another reason a careful first plan is good value.
