Svelte Touch is a non-invasive lifting treatment that delivers radiofrequency (RF) and ultrasound energy at the same time from one system. If you are looking into Svelte Touch in Singapore, it is performed by Dr Sin Yong at IN Eternity Clinic as a medical treatment, after he has examined your face and decided which zones need which settings. Nothing pierces the skin, so there are no needles and usually no need for injected numbing.
It is used for two main concerns. In the lower face, it targets early jowls, a softening jawline, the nasolabial area and some under-chin looseness. Around the eyes, gentler settings are used to firm the skin that supports mildly heavy upper lids and to tighten puffy lower lids. It works by tightening, not by adding volume or removing skin, so it suits mild to moderate change rather than deep folds.

How it works
The mechanism,
in plain English
Radiofrequency is an alternating electrical current. As it passes through the skin, the tissue's natural resistance converts it to heat, warming the deeper dermis as a volume. When collagen fibres reach the right temperature, they contract, giving some firmness on the day; the warmth also triggers fibroblasts to build new collagen over the following weeks. Unlike light, RF is not absorbed by skin pigment, which makes it a reasonable choice across skin tones.
Ultrasound adds energy that travels deeper, to the support layers beneath the dermis that hold the face up. The combined approach aims to tighten from below while firming the skin above. Settings are adjusted zone by zone: bony areas such as the jawline and forehead feel warmer and sharper, while the eye area is treated more gently and the eyes themselves are protected.
Because both energies work through heat and healing, the change is gradual. Most of the effect is judged weeks after treatment, not in the mirror on the day.
“Energy can firm a mildly heavy eyelid; it cannot correct a drooping eyelid muscle or remove a fold of excess skin.”

Is it right for you
Who it suits,
and who it does not
Svelte Touch usually suits adults with mild to moderate laxity who prefer a needle-free treatment: early jowls, a softening jawline, deepening lines beside the nose, slight under-chin looseness, mildly hooded upper lids or puffy lower lids caused by lax skin. It is a good fit for people who want a gradual result with little interruption to work, for those who are nervous of needles, and for maintenance after other lifting treatments. Because RF is not absorbed by pigment, it is often a practical choice for Asian skin that is prone to marks after lasers.
Svelte Touch is not suitable during pregnancy, for people with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, over metal implants in the treatment area, or over broken, infected or inflamed skin. Mention any recent eye surgery, eye disease, fillers, threads, keloid tendency or reduced sensation. A drooping eyelid caused by a weak lifting muscle (ptosis), or one that suddenly changes, needs a medical eye assessment, not an energy treatment. Heavy upper-lid folds that rest on the lashes usually need eyelid surgery for a real improvement. If the face has mainly lost volume, a biostimulator or filler is often the more appropriate starting point.
Non-invasive alternative at SkinRev Lab
SKINLIFT® — SKINLIFT® at SkinRev Lab is a 30-minute N-pulse focused ultrasound session for the jowls, jawline and double chin, done without a doctor. It can suit early lower-face laxity or maintenance. It does not combine RF with ultrasound, is not used for the eyelids, and does not include a medical assessment of why the face or lids are drooping — which is where Svelte Touch at IN Eternity Clinic differs. What to expect
Consultation, session
and aftercare
Your first visit at IN Eternity Clinic is a consultation with Dr Sin Yong. He checks whether a heavy eyelid is due to loose skin, a lowered brow or the eyelid muscle itself, and whether lower-face sagging is mainly laxity, fat or volume loss. That decides whether Svelte Touch is appropriate, which zones to treat and at what settings. Photographs are taken to compare progress fairly, and a course is usually planned at consultation.
During treatment, the handpiece moves over the skin with gel. Most people feel gradual warmth with occasional sharper heat over bone; the eye area is treated more gently. You can usually return to normal activities straight away. Redness and warmth tend to settle within an hour or two. Over the next one to three days there may be mild swelling or tenderness, especially along the jaw or under the chin. There is no wound to look after; use sunscreen and keep skincare gentle for a day.

What the research says
The evidence,
with sources
There are no large independent studies of the Svelte Touch platform itself, so the evidence comes from its two energy types. For radiofrequency, a multicentre study of 86 people treated around the eyes found reductions in periorbital wrinkles and measurable changes in eyebrow position after a single session, with an early tightening effect followed by further change over months. A review of RF in cosmetic dermatology describes it as non-ablative with minimal recovery and a good safety record when titrated correctly.
For ultrasound tightening, a rater-blinded prospective study found that most treated participants showed a visible brow lift at 90 days, with an average rise of just under 2 mm, plus brief mild redness and swelling. These figures are small, and that is the honest point: energy-based lifting around the eyes and jaw gives modest, gradual firming for well-chosen candidates, and individual results vary.

Common questions
Your questions,
answered
How much does Svelte Touch in Singapore cost?
Pricing for Svelte Touch is given at consultation at IN Eternity Clinic, because it depends on which zones are treated — lower face, eye area or both — and how the course is planned. Dr Sin Yong explains the plan and fees before treatment starts. If you are considering SkinRev's non-medical SKINLIFT® for the lower face, it is S$888 for the face and S$488 for the double chin (before GST).
Can Svelte Touch fix droopy eyelids?
It can firm mildly lax skin around the upper lid and lower lid, which some people see as a lighter, more open look. It cannot correct ptosis, where the muscle that lifts the eyelid is weak, and it will not remove a heavy fold of skin resting on the lashes. Dr Sin Yong checks which type of droop you have first and will refer you for an eye or surgical opinion if that is the better route.
Is Svelte Touch painful?
Most people find it comfortable enough without injections. The RF feels like building warmth, and the ultrasound component can feel sharper over bony areas such as the jawline and forehead. The eye area is treated with gentler settings. Energy is adjusted to your feedback throughout. Afterwards, mild tenderness or swelling along the jaw for a day or two is common and settles on its own.
How is Svelte Touch different from HIFU?
HIFU focuses ultrasound into precise points at fixed depths, including the SMAS. Svelte Touch delivers RF and ultrasound together, combining broad dermal warming with deeper ultrasound energy, and is often chosen where a gentler, needle-free approach is wanted or where the eye area is part of the plan. Neither is better for everyone; the choice depends on skin thickness, where the laxity sits and how much you want to change.
When will I see results?
Some people notice slightly firmer skin within days, from collagen contraction. Most of the change comes over the following weeks to a few months, as new collagen forms. How visible it is and how long it holds depend on age, skin quality, sun exposure and lifestyle, because ageing continues after any treatment. Review visits help judge progress fairly, and maintenance is planned individually.
Can I combine Svelte Touch with other treatments?
Often, yes. Energy-based tightening is commonly combined with treatments that address other layers, such as biostimulators for volume or wrinkle-relaxing injections for muscle-driven lines around the eyes and brow. Order and spacing matter, especially around fillers and threads, so combinations are planned by Dr Sin Yong. For surface crepiness, SkinRev's SKINTIGHT® may complement medical treatment as a separate, non-medical option.
