1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of skinrev.com.sg, operated by SkinRev Pte Ltd, trading as SkinRev Lab, an aesthetic centre at 1 Raffles Link, #B1-28, CityLink Mall, Singapore 039393. In these terms, "SkinRev", "we", "us" and "our" refer to SkinRev Pte Ltd. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website content is not medical advice

Do not rely on website content to diagnose or treat any condition, and do not delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read here. If you have a medical concern, consult a doctor. In an emergency, call 995 or attend the nearest Accident & Emergency department.

Whether any treatment is appropriate for you can only be determined at an in-person consultation and assessment at our centre.

3. Treatment information and results

All treatments offered by SkinRev Pte Ltd are non-invasive and topical. Descriptions of treatments, protocols, durations and expected outcomes are indicative and provided in good faith.

Individual results vary. Factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, underlying conditions, adherence to aftercare and the number of sessions completed all affect outcomes. No specific result is promised or guaranteed. Any timeframes described are typical ranges rather than commitments.

Suitability, expected outcomes and any risks will be discussed with you at consultation before treatment begins.

4. Appointments, deposits and cancellations

• Appointments may be requested via WhatsApp, email or in person. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it to you.
• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
• Where a deposit or prepayment applies, the terms will be made clear to you at the time of booking or purchase.
• We may need to reschedule an appointment occasionally. Where this happens we will contact you as early as possible and offer an alternative.
• We may decline or discontinue a treatment where, in our assessment, it is not suitable or not safe for you.

5. Pricing and promotions

• All prices shown on this website are in Singapore dollars and are stated before GST unless expressly indicated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.
• First-timer promotional rates apply once per new client, on the first session only. Subsequent sessions are charged at the standard rate.
• Promotional rates apply to the individual named client, are not transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or vary a promotion at any time.
• Treatment packages are non-refundable. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.
• Copy, scrape, republish or systematically extract content from the site for commercial use without our written permission.
• Introduce any malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, video, graphics, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to SkinRev Pte Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

SKINLIFT® and our other protocol names, together with the SkinRev Lab name and logo, are marks used by SkinRev Pte Ltd. Third-party marks appearing on this site, including Rejuran®, HydraFacial and other brand names, remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to for identification purposes only.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links and platforms

This site links to third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Maps. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, practices or policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkinRev Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, and the date of the most recent update is shown above.
