Realistic results
Can you actually remove a double chin?
You can usually reduce one, not erase it. A 2025 meta-analysis of cryolipolysis for fat under the chin pooled eight uncontrolled studies with 206 people and found an average reduction of about 2.8 mm in fat thickness, with mostly mild, short-lived side effects. Tightening treatments work through collagen remodelling over weeks.
If the fullness is mostly a set-back chin or fat beneath the neck muscle, no amount of fat reduction will change it much, and an honest assessment should tell you before you spend. Chin liposuction is a surgical option elsewhere; SkinRev Lab does not perform surgery.
