An aesthetic clinic near Raffles Place: one MRT stop from the CBD to CityLink Mall
If you work in Raffles Place, SkinRev Lab is one stop away on either the East-West or the North-South line, then an underground walk into CityLink Mall. Here is the route, what fits around a working day, and how to book.
Quick answer
- SkinRev Lab is at #B1-28 CityLink Mall, 1 Raffles Link, Singapore 039393. From Raffles Place MRT (EW14/NS26), City Hall (EW13/NS25) is the next stop on both the East-West and North-South lines.
- At City Hall, follow the signs for Exit C, CityLink Mall; the route stays underground into the mall. The clinic is open daily from 11am to 8pm, including weekends and public holidays.
- Non-medical treatments such as HydraFacial Syndeo and SKINLIFT® are done by trained therapists. Doctor-led treatments, such as pico laser, HIFU and injectables, are performed by Dr Sin Yong and priced at consultation. Book on WhatsApp, +65 8266 9585.
The route
From Raffles Place MRT to SkinRev Lab
Raffles Place station sits on two lines, and on both of them City Hall is the very next stop: on the East-West line towards Pasir Ris, and on the North-South line towards Jurong East. Whichever platform is closer to your office exit, you only travel one stop.
At City Hall, leave the paid area and follow the signs for Exit C, which leads into CityLink Mall on the basement level. CityLink Mall is itself the underground walkway between City Hall and Esplanade stations, so you stay out of the sun and rain the whole way. SkinRev Lab is unit #B1-28. Exit letters and signs can change during works; if in doubt, follow the CityLink Mall signs or WhatsApp +65 8266 9585 and the team will guide you in.
You can also walk above ground from Raffles Place across the Singapore River towards the Padang and City Hall. It is a pleasant walk in the evening, but it is exposed to the weather at midday, so the train is usually the practical choice in a lunch hour.
- Raffles Place (EW14/NS26) to City Hall (EW13/NS25): one stop, on either line.
- At City Hall: Exit C, CityLink Mall, then unit #B1-28.
- Driving: the CityLink Mall carpark is at 1 Raffles Link, reached via Beach Road and Bras Basah Road.
Around a working day
Fitting a visit around CBD hours
The clinic opens at 11am and closes at 8pm every day, so most office workers come either at lunch or after work. A late-morning slot works for people with flexible hours, and Saturday and Sunday appointments suit anyone who would rather not be seen with a little redness at the next meeting.
Your first visit takes longer than later ones, because it starts with a consultation: what concerns you, your medical history and medicines, and an assessment of your skin. If you only have an hour, book the consultation on a day with some slack, then fit later sessions into regular lunch breaks.
Some treatments are lunch-friendly and some are not. Facials and needle-free lifting usually leave little to see. Injectables, lasers and resurfacing can cause redness, swelling or bruising that is hard to predict, so plan those for the evening, a Friday or before a quiet weekend rather than ahead of a presentation.

Who treats you
Doctor-led and therapist-led treatments
SkinRev Lab is licensed by the Ministry of Health as SkinRev Clinic. Medical aesthetic treatments here, such as injectables, medical lasers, HIFU and prescriptions, are performed by Dr Sin Yong, MBBS (Singapore), MRCS (Edinburgh), MSc Practical Dermatology (Cardiff), SkinRev Lab's doctor. He also treats patients at SkinRev Lab, CityLink Mall (City Hall), and at IN Eternity Clinic, Pacific Plaza (Orchard).
Facials, needle-free lifting and body treatments are performed by trained therapists. If a concern needs a doctor, such as melasma, acne scarring or a mole that has changed, the therapist will say so and arrange a consultation rather than offer a facial in its place.
