Eyebrow embroidery is the term most people in Singapore use for semi-permanent brow tattooing. At SkinRev Lab, a non-invasive aesthetic centre at CityLink Mall, it is offered in three finishes, alongside eyeliner and lip blush. Prices are in Singapore dollars and shown before GST; the with-GST column is worked out at the current 9% rate for convenience, and your receipt is the final word.

What is included
What the price covers
Consultation, shaping and design are included in every brow price. That matters, because the shape is where most of the result comes from. Your brows are mapped to your bone structure, eye spacing and the way your own hair grows, drawn on your face, and agreed with you before anything begins. If it is not right, it is redrawn.
For lip blush, consultation, shade selection and design are included, and the colour is agreed with you against your natural lip tone before any pigment is placed. For eyeliner, thickness and tail are tailored at consultation.
Appointments are private, with our resident permanent makeup and hairline artist. A review once healing is complete is recommended for brows and lips, so that anything that settled unevenly can be refined. Complexity varies, and anything that would affect your quote, such as working over old tattooing, is confirmed at consultation rather than afterwards.

Why the three brow prices differ
The difference between S$698 and S$1,388 is not about quality tiers. It reflects how the finish is built and how much work goes into it.
- Misty Brows, S$698: soft shading built up through the brow, with no individual strokes. It suits oily skin, which blurs fine strokes over time, and anyone who fills in their brows every day and wants to stop.
- Natural Hair Stroke, S$798: strokes placed one by one along your own hair direction. It reads most naturally up close and suits normal to dry skin with existing brow hair.
- Signature Hybrid Brows, S$1,388: two techniques layered, strokes over shading. It gives the most definition and holds its shape well where brow hair is sparse.

What drives eyebrow embroidery prices in Singapore
Across Singapore, brow embroidery can cost anything from a low promotional figure to well over a thousand dollars. A few things explain most of the gap.
- The artist. Experience, training and how consistent their healed work is. You are paying for a hand and an eye more than a machine.
- Time spent on mapping. A careful consultation and design takes time, and it is where most of the result comes from.
- The finish. Layered techniques such as hybrid brows take longer than a single technique.
- Materials and hygiene. Pigments, single-use needles and cartridges, numbing and a clean, private setting all cost money.
- What is bundled. Whether consultation, design and a review or touch-up after healing are in the price or charged separately.
- Correction work. Covering or adjusting old brow tattooing is usually more involved than starting fresh.
- GST and terms. Whether the price includes GST, and whether it is a one-time trial rate or the standard price.
Cheap offers
How to judge a cheap eyebrow embroidery offer
A lower price is not automatically a worse result, and a high price does not promise a good one. Brows are on your face for years, though, so it is worth asking the same questions of every studio, including us.
- What exactly is included? Ask whether consultation, design and any review or touch-up after healing are in the price, or added later.
- Who will do the work? Ask to see that person's own healed results, not only fresh photos taken minutes after the appointment.
- Is the shape agreed before pigment goes in? You should see the design drawn on your face and be able to ask for changes.
- How is hygiene handled? Single-use needles opened in front of you and a clean, private room are reasonable expectations.
- Is the price before or after GST, and is it a trial rate that changes for the next visit?
- Is there pressure to buy a package on the day? A good studio is happy for you to go away and think.
- Are you being told plainly that this is cosmetic tattooing, with a healing period, and that results vary? Vague promises are a warning sign.
Healing and timing
Plan for healing as well as cost
Eyebrow embroidery places pigment in the upper layers of the skin with a fine needle, so there is a healing period. The colour looks deeper and sharper for the first several days, then softens as it settles. Avoid booking the day before an important event for that reason.
How long healing takes and how long the result lasts vary with skin type, sun exposure and how your skin holds pigment. The result is long-lasting rather than permanent in the literal sense, fading gradually over years. When budgeting, think of a future refresh as part of the cost of keeping brows you are happy with.
If you have a skin condition in the brow area, such as eczema or psoriasis, or your brows are thinning for no obvious reason, see a doctor before booking any studio.

Signature Eyeliner is S$598 before GST (S$651.82 with GST). Pigment is placed along the lash line to define the eye without looking like drawn liner; most people want it softer than they first imagine.
Signature Lip Blush is S$1,388 before GST (S$1,512.92 with GST). Soft pigment is worked across the whole lip to even out tone and clarify the border. The colour looks two to three tones deeper at first and settles as lips heal; lips hold pigment less predictably than brows, which is why a review is recommended.
