Spa Etiquette and Code of Conduct
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy a relaxed start.
- Keep your mobile devices on silent mode to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
- Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
- Treat our staff and facilities with courtesy and care.
- Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviours will not be tolerated and may result in service termination.
Hygiene and Safety Guidelines
- All tools, linens, and equipment are sanitized after every use.
- Therapists follow strict hygiene protocols and wear protective gear where necessary.
- Guests showing symptoms of illness are advised to reschedule their appointments.
- Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
- Personal hygiene before treatments is appreciated to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
- Exchange and Refund Policy
- Products, facial treatment packages, and deposits may be exchanged or refunded in full within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original sales invoice.
- Only unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted for exchange or refund.
- Refunds will exclude any discounts, complimentary treatments, or used sessions from spa packages.
- Once a treatment has commenced, the customer will be liable for full payment.
Cancellation and Administration Charges
- A 20% administrative fee will apply to refunds for transactions cancelled after the 7 working-day cooling-off period.
- Deposits it will not be forfeited. It can be exchanged for any other treatments or products.
Appointments and Cancellations
- Reservations are recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 day in advance.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In the event of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly, or an alternative service may be offered subject to availability.
